Payment and Deposits:  All money is to be US currency. A $1,000.00 reservation deposit is required to reserve your vacation dates. An additional advance deposit totaling 50% of the rental fee is due within 2 weeks of your confirmed reservation. The balance of rental is due 30 days prior to your confirmed reservation date. A  refundable security / cleaning deposit of $1,000.00 is also required 30 days prior.  Once the premises have been inspected upon checkout, the security / cleaning deposit will be refunded minus any charges for excess cleaning costs or damages to premises.

Cancellation Policy:  Cancellations prior to January 1st  will receive a full refund. Cancellations made prior to (90) ninety days of the reservation date will forfeit the $1,000.00 reservation deposit only.  Cancellations made prior to (30) thirty days of the reservation date will forfeit the full advance deposit. Cancellations made within (30) thirty days of the reservation date will forfeit the full rental fee less the security / cleaning deposit. If  your reserved dates can be fully or partially re-rented, the full re-rental fee will be refunded to you.  Early departure does not warrant any refund of rental fee. Security / cleaning deposit is still conditionally refundable.
